Capacity and delivery

- MOQ: OEM MOQ depends on tooling and packaging and is confirmed in your quote.
- Samples: Sample timing is confirmed after specs are agreed.
- Mass production: Lead time is confirmed after sample approval and deposit.
- Shipping: Trade terms and shipping methods confirmed in your quote.
We quote lead times against real line load, not a brochure number. If a date is tight, tell us up front and we will say whether we can hold it.
How an order moves
- Needles and molds — Needles are sourced or cut to spec; head and handle parts are molded.
- Assembly — Heads are assembled and fitted to handles on the line.
- Inspection — Needle checks run during and after assembly — see our Quality page.
- Clean packing — Units are sealed, labelled and boxed.
- Export documents — Invoice, packing list and batch records prepared for your shipment.
